In the unavoidable absence of the Leas-Chathaoirleach perhaps some Senator would move the motion standing in his name.

I move:—

"That the Second Reading of the Dún Laoghaire-Blackrock-Dalkey Corporation Bill, 1924, be adjourned until the 5th November, 1930, or, if the Seanad be not sitting on that day, until the next day thereafter on which the Seanad shall sit."
