A report has been received from the Joint Committee on Standing Orders (Private Business), dated 25th February, 1931, stating that no notice of appeal from the report of the Examiner of Private Bills in the case of the Hairdressers Registration Bill, 1931, has been received within the prescribed time, and that the Bill is accordingly deemed to have been read a First Time.
