Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach Có-Choiste den dá Thigh do cheapa chun Bille Chuan na Gaillimhe, 1933, do bhreithniú, eadhon, Bille dá ngairmtear Acht chun Coimisinéirí Chuan na Gaillimhe d'ath-bhunú ar chuma níos ionadathaighe fén ainm Bord Chuan na Gaillimhe, agus chun Bord Chuan na Gaillimhe d'ionchorprú, agus chun comhacta (ar a n-áirmhítear comhachta chun iasachtaí d'fháil) do bronnadh ar an mBord san chun Port agus Cuan na Gaillimhe d'aireachasú agus do bhuanchoimeád, d'fheabhsú agus d'fhorbairt, agus chun a shocrú go ndéanfar oibreacha áirithe, agus chun a shocrú go ndéanfaidh Comhairle Chontae na Gaillimhe agus Comhairle Bhailecheanntair na Gaillimhe rann-íocanna speisialta d'ioc agus rátaí áirithe do bhualadh, agus chun crícheanna eile bhaineas leis na nithe roimhráite.

That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Galway Harbour Bill, 1933, being a Bill entitled an Act to reconstitute the Galway Harbour Commissioners on a more representative basis by the name of the Galway Harbour Board, and to incorporate the Galway Harbour Board, and to confer powers on the said Board (including borrowing powers) for the care and preservation, improvement and development of the Port and Harbour of Galway, and to provide for the construction and execution of certain works, and to provide for special contributions from and the making of certain rates by the County Council of the County of Galway and the Galway Urban District Council, and for other purposes connected with the foregoing matters.
