I have received the following report from the Examiner of Private Bills:—
Report from the Examiner of Private Bills that in the case of the application for leave to introduce the Wexford Harbour Improvement Bill, 1935, the Standing Orders have not been complied with—inasmuch as the Notice was not published as required by Standing Order 6, once in each of two successive weeks, with an interval between such publications of not less than six clear days, but not later than the 27th November.
