On the 12th December, 1935, my ruling of the previous day in relation to the Land Purchase (Guarantee Fund) Bill, 1935, was referred to the Committee on Procedure and Privileges by a requisition signed by 15 Senators under Standing Order 39. The Committee has now considered the matter and has drawn up its Report.
I ask the House to make an Order that the Report of the Committee do lie upon the Table of the Seanad, and that the Report and Proceedings of the Committee be printed.
Ordered accordingly.
