Dáil Eireann has this day passed the following resolution:—
It is hereby resolved under Article 38A of the Constitution that the Constitution (Amendment No. 23) Bill, 1934, be again sent to Seanad Eireann.
The Bill, to which the agreement of Seanad Eireann is desired, is sent herewith endorsed with the certificate of the Ceann Comhairle under Article 38A of the Constitution.
