Signature to Emergency Powers Bill, 1939—Motion.

I move the following motion, standing in the name of Senator Quirke:—

That, pursuant to sub-section (2) of Section 2 of Article 25 of the Constitution, Seanad Eireann concurs to the earlier signature by the President of the Emergency Powers Bill, 1939.
