Architects (Registration) Bill, 1941. - Report of the Joint Committee on Standing Orders.

The Joint Committee on Standing Orders report that in the case of the Architects (Registration) Bill, 1941, referred to them by order of the Seanad of the 5th November, 1941, they recommend that the Standing Order relative to Private Business be dispensed with.
