Before taking up the matter of which Senator Baxter has given notice, I may say that I understand it will be more convenient if Senator Hayes's motion re Ministerial statements were taken as first business to-morrow, instead of in the usual order. Senator Hayes is agreeable, and if the House concurs with this arrangement, the Order Paper will be prepared accordingly.
