With regard to the next meeting of the Seanad, could the Cathaoirleach give us any indication as to when we shall meet, or is there any possibility of determining that now?
I do not think there is any possibility of determining that now.
From the information available I would say that the next meeting will be about the middle of October. The Dáil is to resume on the 19th September, and the next meeting of the Seanad will take place as soon as there is business from the Dáil, which, in our estimation, will be about the middle of October. But that is purely conjectural.
