A communication has been received from the Secretary to the Department of the Taoiseach stating (1) that the Government, on the 21st February, 1958, had accepted the resignation of Gerald Bartley from office as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry and Commerce, with effect from the 24th February, 1958; and (2) that the Government, on the nomination of the Taoiseach, had appointed Gerald Bartley to the office of Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Finance and Michael Hilliard to the office of Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry and Commerce with effect from the 24th February, 1958.
