In addition to the business on the Order Paper, we have received from the Dáil to-day the Derelict Sites Bill. It is also hoped to have this evening the Dairy Produce Marketing Bill, 1960. Senators were notified of the possibility of these Bills by circular last week. Accordingly, it is proposed to take business, as set out on the Order Paper, in the following order: Nos. 3, 1, 2, followed by the Derelict Sites Bill, 4, 5, followed by the Dairy Produce Marketing Bill, 1960, and No. 8, the motion in the name of Senator Prendergast.
