I move:
That Seanad Éireann concur with Dáil Éireann in its Resolution communicated to Seanad Éireann on 11th day of November, 1969, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee consisting of seven members of Dáil Éireann and seven members of Seanad Éireann be set up to assist and advise the Ceann Comhairle and the Cathaoirleach in the direction and control of the Oireachtas Library.
