While we are waiting, may I ask the Leader of the House if he has any idea when the Health Regulations Motion which is now being discussed in the Dáil will come before us.
I have no idea. I thought it would have been finished long before now. Apparently the debate is lasting much longer than anticipated.
It is obvious that it will not come before us before 6 o'clock. I imagine it will be 9 o'clock at the earliest.
As the Chair understands the position, we propose to take No. 3 now, then adjourn for tea, then take the Committee Stage of the Local Elections Bill immediately after tea and after that we will take the Health Regulations Motion.
It is obvious it will not come up before 9 o'clock.
