I wish to inform the House that the following persons have been selected as representatives and substitutes from Ireland to the 26th Ordinary Session of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe which will open in Strasbourg on the 6th of May, 1974. Representatives: Deputies Edward Collins, Gerard Collins, Barry Desmond and John O'Leary. Substitutes: Senator Seán Brosnan, Deputies Desmond Governey, Henry P. Dockrell and Thomas Hussey.
