It is proposed to take items Nos. 1, 2, and 3. It is also proposed to break for lunch from 1 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. This slightly longer than usual break is as a result of the Minister for Finance's wish to take Committee Stage of the Finance (No. 2) Bill with us. He has a long-standing engagement with some European financial people who are visiting the country and so in order to facilitate the Minister it has been agreed to break for one-and-a-half hours at lunchtime.
