I propose that we order Nos. 1 and 2 and that we take a break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. I would ask Members to rekindle their aspiration to finish the Second Stage at lunch time.

Would the Leader of the House, as I do have an interest, give me some idea as to whether we will sit late tonight or is there an agreement on that matter?
In reply to Senator Ryan's question, it seems to me that the best thing to do is to wait until the lunch break to see if we have reached Committee Stage and we could then make a decision. It may well be that by sitting late for a few hours tonight we might be able to conclude the Bill. If that is the wish of Members, that decision could be made at 2 p.m.
