Does the Leader of the House want to clear up the position in regard to the Order of Business for the afternoon?

It was anticipated that this debate, which was arranged as a two-day debate, would last at least until 3.30 p.m. In fact, the position is that the Minister for Foreign Affairs will not be available until 3.30 p.m. I suggest that if the motion on CIE is completed before 3.30 p.m. we should have a suspension of the sitting and then take the Private Members' Motion from 3.30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
