The first point I would like to mention is that there is a supplementary Order Paper. I regret the untidiness of this but formal notice of the Government recommendation was not conveyed in time for it to be included on the main Order Paper.
It is proposed to take No. 1, and No. 2, which is the motion for earlier signature that goes with it; to take all Stages of No. 3, and the motion for earlier signature on it, which is item No. 3 (a) and to take all Stages of item No. 4. It is proposed that all this business will be concluded today and I am confident that this can be done well before 10 p.m.
