Restrictive Practices (Amendment) Bill, 1987: Order for Second Stage.
Bill entitled an Act to amend and extend the Restrictive Practices Act, 1972, the Mergers, Take-Overs and Monopolies (Control) Act, 1978, the Prices Act, 1958, the Consumer Information Act, 1978, the Merchandise Marks Acts, 1887 to 1970, and the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, to make provision in respect of short weight and short measure and to make other provisions in relation to the matters aforesaid.
