I have a message for the House and it concerns the printing of the Control of Clinical Trials and Drugs Bill, 1990. Before I call on the Leader of the House for the Order of Business I would like to point out that the Control of Clinical Trials and Drugs Bill, 1990, which is a Bill initiated in the Seanad, was inadvertently printed and circulated to Members on green paper as if it were a Dáil Bill. This was due to a printers error, which is regretted. The Bill was subsequently printed and circulated on yellow paper.
