I have notice from Senator Brendan Ryan that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Justice to ensure that Dessie Ellis is tried in this country under the provisions of the Criminal Law Jurisdiction Act, 1976.
I regret I have to rule the matter raised by Senator Ryan is not suitable for discussion on the adjournment on the grounds of lack of ministerial responsibility.
