I have notice from Senator Taylor-Quinn that, on the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Marine to clarify the current position regarding the proposed erection of the Loren C mast at Loop Head, County Clare, and if he will instruct the Commissioners for Irish Lights, who have been acting as his agent not to appeal to An Bord Pleanála the decision of Clare County Council who refused planning permission.
I regard the matter raised as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
