May I ask the Leader of the House to clarify the time arrangements, please?
By agreement with the Whips there will be no time limit on speakers. Speakers are always reasonable, but because it is a Bill there will be no time limit on them. Secondly, if no speakers are offering before 8 o'clock, the Bill will not conclude this evening. Second Stage brought to finality at some future date if that is agreeable.
