Vol. 147 No. 1

Business of Seanad.

I have notice from Senator Neville that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice to make representations to the Incorporated Law Society to continue to have the primary degree of law students considered when they apply for exemption for further law courses.

I have also received notice from Senator McGennis of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education to give the reason Mulhuddart national school has been refused the services of a remedial teacher.

I regard the matters raised as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
