I have notice from Senator Finneran that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Education to provide a remedial teacher service at Athleague and Fuerty national schools in County Roscommon.
I have also received notice from Senator Daly on the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Education to supply additional places for the many applicants for the Higher Diploma in Education this year and, in view of the demand which has been placed on colleges by the volume of applications, if she will outline why such a small number of places are currently available and when she will increase the allocation of places.
I regard the matters raised by Senator Finneran and Senator Daly as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
