On behalf of Members of the Seanad, I wish to extend our sympathy to the relatives of the Countess of Wicklow who died last week. As Eleanor Butler, she was nominated to this House by the Taoiseach in 1948. She served in the Seanad from 1948 to 1951. She was a member of the Labour Party and a distinguished architect who, in her later years, campaigned worldwide for moral rearmament.
