Pursuant to an advice tendered to me by the Taoiseach under section 8 of Article 18 of the Constitution, I, MARY ROBINSON, President of Ireland, hereby fix Wednesday, the 17th day of September, 1997, for the first meeting of Seanad Éireann after the General Election lately held. |
