I have notice from Senator Mooney that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Environment and Local Government, in view of the decision by Dublin Corporation to introduce a limited park and ride system in Dublin for the pre-Christmas period, to encourage an expansion of the scheme to other areas on a permanent basis.
I have also received notice from Senator Leonard of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Finance to provide special incentives to attract industries to Border towns which have suffered as a result of 30 years of armed struggle due to close proximity to the Border.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
