Vol. 158 No. 7

Business of Seanad.

I have notice from Senator Tom Hayes that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment and Local Government to provide special funding to South Tipperary County Council for repair and maintenance of county roads given the deterioration caused by recent severe bad weather.

I have also received notice from Senator Glynn of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to consider giving grant aid to Mullingar Dyslexic Association Group to enable it to continue the valuable service it provides to children with learning difficulties.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
