I move:
That the proposals that Seanad Éireann approve the terms of the Agreements between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the Russian Federation on:
(i)co-operation in combating illicit trafficking and abuse of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances; and
(ii)co-operation in fighting crime;
signed in Moscow on the 15th day of September, 1999, copies of which Agreements were laid before Seanad Éireann on 1st November, 1999, be referred to the Joint Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights, which shall report thereon not later than 30th March, 2000.
