I move:
That the report of the FOI Civil Service Users' Network entitled "Review of Administrative and Procedural Arrangements Governing FOI" and the proposal to approve draft regulations entitled "Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (Prescribed Bodies) Regulations, 2000", copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on 28 January, 2000, be referred to the Joint Committee on Finance and the Public Service, in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iv) of the orders of reference of that committee, which shall, in the case of the said regulations, not later than 28 March, 2000, send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.
