I have notice from Senator Finneran that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Public Enterprise to provide automatic gates and lights at the Iarnród Éireann crossing at Slieve Donamon, County Roscommon.
I regret that I have to rule the matter out of order as the Minister has no official responsibility in this matter.
