I thank the Minister of State for taking the Bill through the House so swiftly. When he was replying to Senator Ryan I was almost exasperated by his knowledge but when he explained that he had lived in some of the countries he referred to I could understand the basis of it. I thank the Minister of State and congratulate him on his work.

One of the pleasures in dealing with the Minister of State is that he responds to the comments one makes. I do not agree with him but I thank him for that.
