I move:
That the proposals that Seanad Éireann approve the following Orders in draft:
Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income and Capital Gains) (Kingdom of Norway) Order, 2001,
Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income and Capital Gains) (Republic of India) Order, 2001,
copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 8 October 2001, be referred to the Joint Committee on Finance and the Public Service, in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iv) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which shall, not later than 6 November 2001, send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.
