I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approve the following Regulations in draft:
Bovine Diseases (Levies) Regulations, 2002,
copies of which were laid in draft before the House on the 29th day of November, 2002, be referred to the Joint Committee on Agriculture and Food in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iii) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 17th December, 2002, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.
