I move:
That, in accordance with Standing Order 52A and the decision of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges, Seanad Éireann agrees that Dana Rosemary Scallon, MEP shall attend and be heard in Seanad Éireann on Thursday 27th November, 2003 and that the following arrangements shall apply. The proceedings shall commence at 2 p.m. with a speech by Dana Rosemary Scallon, MEP which shall not exceed 20 minutes and at the conclusion of which she will reply to questions from members and that the debate shall conclude no later than 3 p.m.
