I have received notice from Senator Bannon that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Education and Science to outline the position regarding the advancement of Ballymahon vocational school to stage 4, given the school's serious need for urgent refurbishment, as the building falls well short of safety legislation requirements.
I have also received notice from Senator Cummins of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to approve Waterford County Council's proposals of 23 July 2004 for the remediation of four storm overflows in the collection system of Tramore sewerage scheme so as to ensure that Tramore qualifies for blue flag status after the new waste water treatment plant is constructed.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
