I move:
That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to make provision for the appointment by the Minister of Finance of the Director of Corporate Enforcement to investigate any matter relating to the operation of a credit institution which is not incorporated under the Companies Acts and to provide for related matters.
