I move:
That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 138 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Criminal Justice (Female Genital Mutilation) Bill 2011, which had reached Order for Second Stage prior to the Seanad General Election, April 2011, be restored to the Order Paper.
