After yesterday's Order of Business, I said I would bring to the attention of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges the fact that the Order of Business had run over time. The Committee on Procedure and Privileges has decided that, in their two-minute contributions, Senators may raise only one issue. I hope for the co-operation of the House on this matter. Members have received a letter to this effect.
