I am proposing an amendment to the Order of Business, that No. 4, motion re credit institutions (eligible liabilities guarantee)(amendment) scheme 2012, be taken at 2.15 p.m. and conclude not later than 3.15 p.m., with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed six minutes and those of all other Senators not to exceed three minutes and the Minister to reply not later than 3.10 p.m., and that the Europol Bill 2012 - Second Stage, be taken at 3.15 p.m. and conclude not later than 4.45 p.m., with the contributions of group spokespersons not to exceed eight minutes and those all other Senators not to exceed five minutes and the Minister to be called to reply not later than 4.35 p.m.
