Before dealing with amendment No. 2, I am sure Members would like to join me in welcoming a delegation from the autonomous Ukrainian region of Crimea, led by the deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers, Mr. Georgiy Psaryev. On behalf of the Members of this House, I wish Mr. Psaryev a warm welcome to Ireland and we hope he enjoys his stay here.
