That, notwithstanding anything in paragraph 1(c) of the Order of the Seanad of 19 December 2014, the business to be taken on Monday, 22 December 2014, shall be confined to the resumed Committee Stage, if not previously concluded, Report and Fifth Stages of the Water Services Bill 2014, the proceedings on which shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 6 p.m. by one question which shall be put from the Chair and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Government.
