I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approve the following Regulations in draft:
Companies Act 2014 (Section 1313) Regulations 2015,
copies of which have been laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 8 May, 2015, be referred to the Joint Committee on Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in accordance with Standing Order 70A(3)(j), which, not later than 28 May 2015, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 73, and Standing Order 75(2) shall accordingly apply.
