I have received notice from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters:

Senator Lynn Boylan - The need for the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications to make a statement on the rebalancing of network tariffs by the Commission for Regulation of Utilities towards domestic accounts to be paid for by higher prices for large energy users.

Senator Tim Lombard - The need for the Minister for Health to make a statement on the provision of additional non-consultant hospital doctor positions in Bantry General Hospital.

Senator Garret Ahearn - The need for the Minister for Health to make a statement on the lack of access to medical cards for farmers and self-employed people with disabilities due to the way the means test is calculated.

Senator Mark Wall - The need for the Minister for Health to give an update on waiting times for assessments of need in the community healthcare organisation, CHO, 7 area, including waiting times for those who may have been assessed using the preliminary team assessment model.

Senator Gerard P. Craughwell - The need for the Minister for Health to make a statement on the availability of psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists in the Drogheda child and adolescent mental health services, CAMHS, area.

Senator Mary Seery Kearney - The need for the Minister for Health to make a statement on the progress of the Drimnagh Primary Care Centre, Dublin 12.

Senator Róisín Garvey - The need for the Minister for Transport to make a statement on mandatory driving bans for those convicted of careless driving causing death where it is a first offence.

Senator Eileen Flynn - The need for the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications to make a statement on the roll-out of the electricity costs emergency benefit scheme to the Traveller community.

Senator Fiona O'Loughlin - The need for the Minister for Transport to review Local Link rural transport services under the climate action plan and the national sustainable mobility policy.

The matters raised by the Senators are suitable for discussion. I have selected Senators Lynn Boylan, Tim Lombard, Garret Ahearn and Mark Wall and they will be taken now. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters that they wish to raise.
