I have received notice from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters:

Senator Emer Currie - The need for the Minister for Education to provide an update on the post-primary school places in the Blanchardstown west area, including progress on permanent sites and school buildings.

Senator Garret Ahearn - The need for the Minister for Education to provide an update on the building and school meals applications made by St. Anne's Secondary School, Tipperary town.

Senator Sharon Keogan - The need for the Minister for Education to make a statement on the assessments carried out on the need for a new secondary school for the Duleek area in County Meath.

Senator Timmy Dooley - The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to make a statement on the regrading of animals under the beef data and genomics programme.

Senator Tim Lombard - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to provide an update on the proposed affordable housing scheme for Kinsale, including timelines for completion of the scheme.

The matters raised by the Senators are suitable for discussion and I have selected Senators Emer Currie, Garret Ahearn, Sharon Keogan and Timmy Dooley and they will be taken now. Senator Tim Lombard may give notice on another day of the matter that he wishes to raise.
