There are two items on today's agenda - Committee Stage of the Sea Pollution (Amendment) Bill, 1998 and consideration of the 1999 Revised Estimates for the Department of the Marine and Natural Resources. I welcome the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources, Deputy Woods, and his officials to the meeting. Deputy Bell will deputise as Labour Party spokesman for Deputy Willie Penrose.
