I move amendment No. 267:

In page 55, subsection (2), line 37, to delete "it" and substitute "he".

This amendment corrects a typographical error. "It" should be "he" and when the Minister for Equality and Law Reform, Deputy Mervyn Taylor, has his way, "he"s will be "she"s.
