SECTION 35

Question proposed: "That section 35 stand part of the Bill."

Section 35 states "All rights and liabilities of the National Standards Authority of Ireland arising by virtue of any contact or commitment (expressed or implied) entered into by that body before the establishment day, as committee constituted by Forfás under section 10(2) of the Industrial Development Act, 1993, shall on that day stand transferred to the Authority." Is that standard?
